Fresh Cut Editorial’s Basic Pricing Table
To give you a rough idea of our prices, we’ve listed the starting prices for all our services… Different experience levels of designers obviously warrant different fees.
Before all jobs, a detailed, itemized Project Estimate will be based on your designer and generated for your specific project based on your verbal and written descriptions, materials and rates listed below. All completed jobs are billed out based on Actual Hours Worked unless a formal Flat Rate Bid has been requested and approved by both Fresh Cut and Client. All estimates are based on 8 hour work days. Any deadlines requiring afterhours (after 6 pm or weekend work) will be billed as overtime (time and a half to 12 hours, double time thereafter).

How We Work
Before beginning any job, Fresh Cut Editorial requires an initial 50% deposit (based on Job Estimate) and signed Deal Memo outlining exactly what’s to be expected on any given job. Then we’ll keep you appraised of the running tally as the project progresses (not applicable to Flat Rate Bids).
Delivery
All Viewing Copies are delivered via private online approvals or sent via YouSendIt to your email account. All Viewing Copies are watermarked. Remaining 50% payment is then due before a final, un-watermarked high resolution video can be delivered.
